On alternate Wednesday mornings, the whole school walks to St Peter's Church for assembly. Every other Wednesday a member of the clergy conducts assembly in our school  We also have services in St Peter's at special times of the year, for example, Harvest, Christmas, Easter and the celebration for our Leavers in the Summer Term. Once a month we hold a prayer meeting for parents and friends of the school in our school.

Farewell to Reverend James

In April we said an emotional farewell to Rev James Pickersgill who has been coming into school regularly (along with his children!) since he became curate at St Peter's, Winchcombe four years ago.  He has developed a very close bond with the school, its staff and children.  We shall miss his contribution to school life very much but wish him well as he and his family move on to Market Harborough in the Diocese of Leicester. He was very touched by the beautiful cards prepared by each class.
